I'm excited to share that we've just added powerful new capabilities to our client experience engine.
From day one, our mission has been simple - to help advisors and teams deliver world-class client experiences. With Client Journeys, we're taking that mission to a whole new level.
TOOLKIT already helps you design and deploy a consistent service model from birthday calls to annual review reminders. But we understand that every advisor runs their practice differently. With Client Journeys, you can now design and orchestrate any custom client experience model that fits your service philosophy.
Here's an example:
Let's say we want to create a new experience for our top-tier clients - maybe a client appreciation dinner once a year. Let's build that directly into the AAA segmentation inside the client service model (you can build your own segmentations as well)
Step 1: Create a new field "Client Dinner"

Step 2: Create a new client experience based on that field

and just like that - voila!
You've now created a new client experience and deployed it directly to your client service model.
From here on, any client in your CRM with a "AAA segmentation will automatically appear as a task for you or your team to schedule that annual client dinner ensuring it happens every year, consistently, and on time.
